Trees donated to Anyona Primary School

Hi,

On 20th, January 2014 Karopa CBO donated 600 seedlings of Makhamia ( Siala in Luo) to Anyona Primary school and were received by the Deputy Head Teacher Mr. Ogweno. The chairman of Karopa CBO Mr. Martin  led the members on this ocassion and taught the class eight pupils both Boys and Girls on the important of agroforestry. We encouraged the pupils  as well to join the Karopa CBO.

After a short discussion with the pupils we went to the School field and demonstrated and planted seedlings.
